For the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s annual conference, Invo Healthcare wanted a Monopoly-themed booth to attract potential new candidates for hire. The goal was to attract candidates to the booth, and identify qualified candidates to participate in an initial interview while at the conference.
We created four spots that were displayed throughout the conference center’s screens to invite candidates to the booth for INVO-OPOLY. The messaging was not only memorable to entice a stop by the booth and versatile enough to be used in other creative assets, but also communicated key value propositions of working at Invo. Throughout the conference, there were lines of guests to play a game, meet the team, and sign up for interviews.
