We are seeking a creative individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience to bring their expertise and energy to our agency and clients. This role will take the lead on our creative product while being an active creative designer.

  • Someone with less than 5 years of experience specifically in a designer role (and we don’t mean Canva)

Responsibilities

What we really want is someone who can:

  • Develop creative for a multitude of tactics including brand creation (logos and visual identity), sales collateral, web design and development, video (concepting, direction, editing), content marketing and digital graphics, and traditional advertising (TV, out of home, print, etc.)
  • Use their experience working in multiple industries (we’re not niche, you shouldn’t be either)
  • Be able to plant roots and grow as the agency does and thrive from our core values: learning, strength & boldness, collaboration, results, and enjoyment—for the right person, there is a lot of long-term potential available
  • Mentor others on the creative team including our creative and content interns
  • Be nimble
  • Collaborate across the agency departments to meet clients’ goals and solve their marketing challenges through various creative solutions

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years experience in an agency, in-house marketing department, or comparable setting that is similarly fast paced, serving multiple constituents
  • Branding and marketing knowledge of how to translate a brand into a visual experience that meets the goals of a marketing strategy
  • Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects. And a deep understanding of visual hierarchy in typography for graphic design layout and web readability.
  • Experienced in UI/UX to create responsive web design with an eye for layout, proficiency with Figma and Webflow is a huge plus as these are our preferred website platforms
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills, also mad proofreading skills

Company Benefits

Our salary range is $60k-80k, depending on experience and skill level, plus excellent benefits including 100% medical healthcare coverage, 401k with match, paid parking, and more. We typically work from home on Mondays, with the rest of the week in person in our downtown St. Pete office. This role reports to our Leadership Team.
