1. The A.D. Morgan Corporation
Tampa | Led by Rebecca Smith | $135.7 million | 74 employees
A.D. Morgan jumped from #4 to the top spot this year, growing revenue about 46% on the strength of its construction management, general contracting, and facility services work. That's a big leap in an industry where women-led firms are still the exception.
2. The Bernd Group Inc.
Dunedin | Led by Pilar R. Bernd | $109.9 million | 85 employees
The Bernd Group held steady at #2, crossing the $100 million mark for another year. The Dunedin firm specializes in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and purchasing services.
3. Workscapes Inc.
Tampa | Led by Elizabeth Dvorak | $95 million | 145 employees
Workscapes climbed two spots with roughly 18% revenue growth. The company outfits commercial spaces with office furniture, flooring, and architectural products.
4. Michael Saunders & Company
Sarasota | Led by Michael Saunders | $80.4 million | 724 employees
With 724 people on the team, Michael Saunders & Company has the largest workforce on the entire list. The Sarasota brokerage is a household name in residential and commercial real estate along the Gulf Coast.
