Kelly Pyper, Founder and President of Pyper, Inc., built her career on bold decisions and resilience. At the start, she took a chance on agency life despite a recession and discovered the path that would eventually lead to starting her own firm—twice. Kelly believes in hard work, critical thinking, and never underestimating a woman’s power.
