Our agency is women-owned, women-led, and committed to partnering with women in business. It's woven into our DNA, reflected in our team, and visible across our client roster. But what began as a propensity toward supporting other women—because we understood their challenges, celebrated their ambitions, and shared their experiences—has now evolved into something bigger. Something that deserves intentionality, action, and a formal commitment.
When our founder and president Kelly Pyper created our agency in 2012, she intentionally carved out space for women to thrive in our marketing industry. We've experienced firsthand what it means to pitch for business in rooms where we're underestimated. To fight for equal compensation. To balance the demands of the workplace with the expectations placed on women at home. To prove, again and again, that we belong at the table. Those experiences shaped us. They made us better strategists, more empathetic leaders, and fiercely protective of the women coming up behind us.
When we look at our clients, we see ourselves in them. Our sisters in entrepreneurship, organizational leaders, marketing task-masters, and stewards of our community—we intimately understand their challenges. Our desire to succeed is fueled by their determination to do so as well.
So why formalize this commitment now? Because passive support isn't enough anymore. It’s time for action.
We find ourselves in a wild time in our society. We feel frustration as our gender faces more obstacles, fearing our progress has slowed, and we are left riddled by divisiveness caused by the loudest men in the room.
Yet, we also see that the landscape is shifting, moving towards an inflection point. More women are starting businesses, women in sports are completely dominating the industry, and women are supporting each other stronger than ever before. We want to do what we can to help push this momentum forward.
We realize that what we've been doing intuitively needs to become intentional—to take our natural inclination to support other women in business and further demonstrate it in four areas that we feel we can begin to make a difference: education, mentorship, equal and fair representation, and leveraging our sisterhood. We feel this is where we can use our platform and our expertise in strategy, branding, and storytelling to create meaningful change for our industry and in our community.
We're creating space for conversations that matter. Knowledge is power, and we're sharing ours. Through educational content, thought leadership, and honest dialogue, we're building a community where women can learn from each other's experiences. Because progress requires transparency, and transparency requires courage.
Remember your first internship? Your first "real" job? That mentor who saw potential in you before you saw it in yourself? We remember too. That's why we're committed to mentorship. We hire interns and treat them like valuable team members, not secretaries. We invest in our employees' professional development, celebrating their wins and coaching them through challenges. We offer guidance to emerging professionals navigating career transitions, portfolio development, and the often-opaque pathways of the marketing industry.
For the women we mentor, they’re able to work inside an environment where female leadership isn't aspirational, it's operational. They see it up close, every day, and leave knowing that running an agency, leading a team, or holding a seat in the C-suite isn't just possible—it's a blueprint they've already witnessed firsthand.
For too long, marketing has portrayed women through narrow, limiting lenses. The perfect mom in the kitchen. The sexy accessory in the car commercial. The overwhelmed professional who needs a product to "have it all." These tropes aren’t just boring, they actively harm us by reinforcing stereotypes and reducing our multidimensional humanity to lazy archetypes. We're using our creative power to shift perceptions, one campaign at a time.
Marketing shapes culture, and we have an obligation to shape it toward equity. The narratives we craft, the images we choose, and the voices we uplift all contribute to how society perceives and values women. We have the tools to challenge outdated norms, shift perceptions, and create space for authentic representation.
This means fostering an environment where women can connect with peers, collaborate across industries, and exchange insights without having to fight to be heard. And it means being purposeful about acknowledging each other, because too many wins go uncelebrated, too many milestones pass without notice, and too many women are doing extraordinary work in silence.
Over the years, we've built an incredible network of women in business: entrepreneurs, creatives, strategists, leaders, and trailblazers. We make introductions between clients and collaborators who can help each other grow. We refer business to fellow female entrepreneurs and connect emerging professionals with mentors in our network. We share other women's content on social media, attend their events, celebrate their launches, and help open doors that might otherwise remain closed.
Beyond celebrating those moments, we're committed to creating a space where women can share their stories, exchange insights, and offer advice openly and honestly, without the weight of being misread, minimized, or misunderstood. Our network is our superpower.
Fiercely Championing Women isn't a marketing campaign. It's a commitment backed by over a decade of action and reinforced by intentional practice moving forward. And we're inviting you into this work. Whether you're a business owner, an aspiring entrepreneur, a marketing professional, or simply someone who believes women deserve equal opportunities, there's a place for you in this conversation.

Because at the end of the day, this is about more than marketing. It's about building a world where women inspire others, where bold ideas flourish, and where we unite to celebrate the strength, innovation, and authenticity that women bring to the table.
And that's a world worth championing.
