Addressing Healthcare at Home

When Address Healthcare approached us, they had a vision: expand their footprint by delivering physician services directly to patients’ homes under a brand that was both memorable and trademarkable. They needed a name, identity, and digital presence that clearly communicated their unique value—while standing out in a crowded healthcare landscape.

We tackled the branding challenge by developing the name Address Healthcare, a concept with a powerful double meaning. Not only does it speak to bringing primary care to a patient’s address, but also to the deeper mission of “addressing” access to healthcare—especially for those who can’t easily leave their homes. This emerging model helps patients manage chronic conditions and medications proactively, reducing emergency room visits and hospital readmissions. It’s a win for patient health and for hospitals seeking to reduce costly repeat visits.

From there, we built the full brand identity. The logo we designed is a subtle blend of a medical cross and a map—symbolizing both care and mobility. The color palette is warm and modern, reflecting the technological sophistication of mobile healthcare while remaining approachable and human-centric.

We also designed and developed their website with scalability in mind. It clearly communicates the brand’s value to multiple audiences, including caregivers—who often make healthcare decisions for aging or vulnerable loved ones. We crafted messaging that positions Address Healthcare as a partner to home health agencies, not a competitor, highlighting the complementary support they provide.

The site is designed to grow with the company, accommodating new service areas and specialties. With launches in both Florida and Michigan, Address Healthcare is now poised to scale—backed by a brand that’s as forward-thinking as their care model.
