We’ve been saving this portfolio for just the right moment: the holidays. For over a decade, we’ve partnered with Massage Studio to build and evolve their brand, from elevating their visual identity to attracting new guests and increasing both massage bookings and overall revenue. One of the standout campaigns in our long-running collaboration is the holidays.

Holiday Campaign Rollout

The holiday campaign has become a signature for the brand. The creative is elegant, warm, inviting, and designed to capture the spirit of the season while keeping the experience personal and elevated. It’s also the only time of year Massage Studio offers a special promotion to all guests: buy a $100 gift card and receive an additional $25 gift card as a bonus. For messaging, we focus on communicating just how simple it is to purchase gift cards online or in person at either of Massage Studio’s conveniently located spaces. 

To reach both loyal clients and new audiences, the campaign is supported by a full mix of marketing tactics. From in-studio signage and on-site collateral to email campaigns and engaging social media content, every touchpoint is crafted to maintain a consistent, welcoming tone. We also run a Google Performance Max campaign to expand reach across search and display, and issue a press release to help spread the word more broadly.

Evolving the Creative to Suit Multiple Needs

Over the years, we’ve expanded upon this campaign to promote massage gift cards during other holidays. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day now each have their own tailored creative direction, allowing us to speak to the unique emotions and moments behind every gift-giving occasion.
