Bliss Dermatology + Wellness is a longstanding client, and when they shared their interest in expanding into long-form video, the goal was clear: launch a YouTube channel that could serve as a comprehensive hub for skin care and wellness education. The practice provides medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological care along with comprehensive wellness services across Englewood and Venice, Florida. Led by Founder Dr. Michelle Pennie, a double board-certified Mohs Micrographic Surgeon, the practice is built around customized treatment plans that address each patient's unique skin care, health, and wellness goals. Educated patients engage more fully with their treatment plans, and a channel like this gives their providers a new way to connect with patients and share their expertise. The videos also serve as a natural vehicle for two of Bliss's core values—expertise and kindness—allowing their providers to demonstrate both the depth of their knowledge and the genuine care they bring to every patient interaction.
We began by building a topic strategy for the channel, following our broader content marketing strategy with a steady mix of evergreen skin care and wellness education alongside seasonally relevant topics that keep the content timely throughout the year. From there, we established a filming schedule on-site at Bliss with all of the practice's providers.
We manage every stage of production, from pre-production planning through final delivery. That includes developing scripts and talking points for each provider ahead of shoots, staging each setup to keep the look and feel consistent from video to video, and handling the filming itself before moving into a full editing process to bring each video up to a polished standard.
We officially launched the Bliss Dermatology + Wellness YouTube channel in June 2025, with a commitment to publishing at least four long-form videos every month. To extend the value of that content, we syndicate each video into shorter, reel-style cuts optimized for their other social platforms, including Instagram.
Since launch, the channel averages 4,300 views per month, with a standout month of 7,899 views in May, which is Skin Cancer and Melanoma Awareness Month—nearly double the monthly average. The channel has grown to 235 subscribers and counting. Topic performance has been equally encouraging, with videos covering subjects like Slow Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and National Healthy Skin Month driving some of the strongest impression numbers.
