Peggy Naruns established this boutique real estate agency 20 years ago where her thoroughness and attentiveness allowed her to quickly succeed in the burgeoning real estate market in St. Pete. Fast forward to 2019, three of Peggy’s children were now filling integral roles in the firm and knew it had to emerge past “Peggy’s agency”.

While competition is fierce, Northstar continues to offer superior customer service and market knowledge than the competition. They needed messaging to reflect this differentiation as well as a new look to modernize their brand.

Our goal was to elevate their visual identity while maintaining brand recognition. The final result incorporated familiar elements such as their navy and gold while combining refreshed typefaces, an expanded color palette, and a new logo that played upon the North Star and the family business. In fact, the four stars in the mark represent Peggy and her three daughters who lead the company.

We also worked closely with the their team on marketing tactics—that they could execute in-house at a fast pace and ensure a cohesive identity for all agents at the brokerage. In addition to business cards and folders, templates were created for home sales flyers, postcard mailers, social media graphics, and signage for on the market homes and open houses."
